Posit’s established on-prem product served R, Python, and Shiny users. Connect Cloud needed to make publishing, sharing, permissions, discovery, and multi-environment workflows easier for individuals and teams.
My role
As the first in-house UX designer, I led research and experience design while building foundational practices including office hours, accessibility, content simplification, and a design system.

Designing the foundation, not just the screens.
Work included onboarding, search research, empty states, homepage and content settings, magic links, sharing and permissions, OAuth documentation, and collaboration with customer-facing teams to keep design close to real user needs.
